Transitional support will help individuals to build the bridges to help reach their full potential. Our transition support is designed to help individuals enjoy a smooth transition through major life changes.
Education
IOSW are able to provide Support for people wanting to access further or higher education in the community, such as college or university, including those applicants on licence from prison (ROTL) in you are in Cat D.
Self-employment
We can help you plan for becoming self-employed when you are released and then help you turn an idea into reality.
Employment
Coming from a prison environment to employment can be daunting. The challenges posed can be vast and varied, we feel supporting an individual through the process from start to commencing employment provides more of a stable footing for an individual.
